Leadership
Ghayyor Sultan has spent his career translating nutrition science into practice as a clinical dietitian, applied researcher, and trainer of the professionals who deliver nutrition programs on the ground. As Master Trainer and Research Associate at the Pak-Korea Nutrition Center (PKNC), University of Agriculture Faisalabad, under the KOICA project, he designs and delivers training for clinical dietitians and public health staff, working directly with institutions to strengthen how nutrition is practiced and taught across Punjab.
His technical work spans clinical dietetics and applied nutrition research, with findings published in Elsevier-indexed journals. He has worked alongside global organizations including GAIN, Indus Hospital and Health Network, and Qatar Charity on initiatives connecting nutrition research to real program delivery and continues to shape the next generation of practitioners as a visiting lecturer at UAF.
Mueez Aslam has built his career at the intersection of food technology and national nutrition policy. As Research Associate and Master Trainer for Policy, Advocacy and Outreach at the Pak-Korea Nutrition Center (PKNC), he leads capacity-building training for clinical dietitians and school advisors across Punjab and drives stakeholder engagement on national nutrition priorities.
Before PKNC, he served as District Program Coordinator in Faisalabad for the UN-WFP and BISP-funded Nashonuma Program, delivering a major maternal and child nutrition initiative on the ground in partnership with IRMNCH-NP and Qatar Charity. He has since contributed to shaping national policy directly, including Pakistan’s Food Systems Transformation & Nutrition Research Agenda developed with GAIN, and is currently leading a direct intervention survey assessing nutrition knowledge across diverse stakeholder groups. His technical grounding in food science including applied research on food product reformulation gives his policy and training work a practical, product-level edge.
Together, Ghayyor and Mueez bring complementary, hands-on track records one rooted in clinical practice and training delivery, the other in policy, program coordination, and field-level implementation giving Alimenta Advisory a leadership team that has done the work it advises on.
